Refund policy
At The Stormie Group, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We operate as a local pickup store, and orders are prepared for customer pickup rather than shipped or delivered.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of pickup, provided the product is unused, clean, and in its original condition and packaging. Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or are missing original packaging or accessories may not be eligible for return.

Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

The Stormie Group does not offer standard shipping or delivery for orders placed through our store. Customers are responsible for collecting their orders from the designated pickup location. Please bring your order confirmation or other applicable order information when collecting your purchase.
